“ Policy Acknowledgment”
Parties wishing to secure photography sessions must submit a signed policy acknowledgment form.
HAZARDS
Please be aware that there are sections of uneven ground and tree stumps throughout the farm property. Customers must sign a waiver before entering the property. Good Boy farm is not responsible for any bodily injury or damage to personal property.
ANIMALS
If family pets are to be included in photo sessions, the animal must be contained or on a leash at all times when on farm property. The farm must be notified in advance that there will be animals in attendance.
