Session and Retainer Fees *

Agreement to pay photographer a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 upon time of booking. This retainer fee is to lock in and secure date of session. This fee will be added to your session fee. A balance of $150.00 is due at time of session. The $200.00 covers the creativity and the time spent finishing and editing the way the photographers artistic eye see's fit. You will receive the amount of digital images agreed upon. Additional editing is available if the photographer sees fit at an additional expense. Additional images maybe be available for purchase.

Rescheduling *

If an illness or any sort of life situation takes place and prevents client from being able to make it to their session on the date that was agreed upon, client may reschedule their session with 12 hours of notice. Should client fail to give notice, or decide to completely cancel the session, the $50.00 session fee will not be refunded. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond their control.

Payments *

Full payment is due at the time of the session, unless other arrangements have been made. Photos will not be released or viewed until payment has been made in full.

Liability *

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Clients will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release the photographer from any claims against their person or their business

Traveling fees/ Location Costs *

If there are any costs/fees associated with the location that the client has chosen, you the client, will be held responsible for these fees. Creative fee covers travel within 20 miles of photographers home on Whidbey island. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge of $.52/ mile.

Archive of Digital Images *

After 6 months, all images will be erased from photographers hard drive, except as needed for promotional purposes. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to digital images. Photographer is not responsible for the damage of portraits or digital images after delivery to client, including damage caused by US mail.

Copyright *

PhotosbySarahKay retains all images created during session A print release is included with digital files. Digital files and prints purchased from photographer can only be used for personal use and not for commercial, political. Sharing on personal social media pages, web pages, or blogs is allowable but credit and link to PhotosbySarahKay is required. Photos must not be cropped, edited or altered in any way.

I hereby give to PhotosbySarahKay the absolute right and permission with respect to the photographs that she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others: -To copyright the same in the photographers name or any other name that he/she may select. -To use, reuse, publish,republish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, for illustration,promotion, advertising and trade.
